FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about web design, app development, automation, timelines, budgets, and how projects are scoped at Analytiqo.
This page is for buyers comparing options, pressure-testing assumptions, or trying to work out whether a custom build is actually the right move.
What kind of businesses do you usually work with?
Mostly service businesses, operators, and teams with messy workflows or underperforming digital touchpoints. The common thread is that they need a system that supports real operations, not just surface-level design.
Do you only build websites?
No. Websites are one part of the work. We also build web apps, dashboards, booking systems, automation flows, and operational tooling where the business problem calls for it.
Can you improve SEO as part of a website rebuild?
Yes. We handle foundational technical SEO, metadata, crawlable page structures, schema, internal linking, and content architecture so a rebuild does not sacrifice search performance.
Do you work with multilingual websites?
Yes. We can structure multilingual experiences so the site remains usable for people and understandable for search engines, including locale-aware routing, metadata, and alternate links.
How do you scope projects?
We start with the business goal, the workflow or revenue problem behind it, and the minimum useful scope. That helps avoid overbuilding and keeps delivery tied to actual commercial value.
Can you replace spreadsheets and manual processes?
Often yes. That might mean a custom app, workflow automation, reporting layer, or a small internal tool that removes repetitive handling and makes data easier to trust.
How much does a website cost in Melbourne?
Simple sites start from A$1,000: a one-to-three page site with design, build, mobile layout, basic SEO and a contact form. Most business marketing sites land between A$3k and A$6k. Larger platforms such as e-commerce stores, booking systems, and web apps typically run A$6k to A$15k depending on integrations and workflow complexity. Agencies routinely quote several times that for the same scope. We scope to the smallest version that does the commercial job, and you get a fixed quote before anything starts.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused marketing site usually ships in 2 to 6 weeks. Apps, booking systems, and e-commerce builds typically run 6 to 12 weeks depending on integrations. Strategy engagements are shorter, usually 1 to 3 weeks to a decision-ready plan.
Can you build a bilingual English and Chinese website?
Yes, and it is one of our strongest specialties. Both languages get native content, their own metadata, and correct hreflang structure rather than machine translation. Client Chinese-language pages we have built rank in Google's top 10 for their target searches.
Do you only work with Melbourne businesses?
Melbourne is home base and most clients are local, but every project is delivered remotely-first, so we work with businesses across Australia and overseas. Melbourne clients can meet in person; everyone else gets the same process over video.
Can you fix an existing website instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. We audit first and only recommend a rebuild when repair costs more than starting clean. Common takeovers include slow sites, platforms nobody can update, and rebuilds that quietly destroyed search rankings.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. Every build ships with documentation and a handover, and we offer ongoing support for content changes, monitoring, and iterative improvements. There is no lock-in: you own the code, the domain, and every account.
